The graph on the web portal

In the Reports row, clicking the Graph button opens your driver-card data as a visual timeline in a new browser tab. Unlike the PDF reports, this is an interactive, graphical overview of driving activity.

How to open it

The button only works if you already have a processed driver-card file. After clicking, the graph opens in a new tab; the original file list stays on the previous tab.

The header

At the top: the driver's name and card number (e.g. HUG00001403840), alongside the displayed period and time zone.

Vehicle-usage table

The vehicles used in the period: the vehicle (registration/identifier and country), the times the card was inserted and withdrawn, the odometer reading on entry and exit, and the distance travelled.

The timeline

The day-by-day bar marks activities with colours: green = rest, yellow = availability, blue = work, red = driving; separate markers show the In crew (team driving) and OUT (out of scope) states. Country changes are shown by small flag markers. The view can be zoomed in and out, and switched to km/h.

The events sidebar

Day by day, in chronological order, it lists the activity segments (time and duration, e.g. “1h 25m”), the country and border changes with the odometer reading, and tachograph events such as SENSOR_FAULT and MOTION_DATA_ERROR (start and end). Some entries also carry a GNSS position: clicking the coordinate opens the location in Google Maps.
